About Your Second Office, L.L.C.
Your Second Office, L.L.C. ( YSO) was established in 1997 and has provided quality transcription services for 28 years. We originally started by picking up cassette tapes and returning printed documents to each office. At the dawn of high-speed internet YSO was able to expand nationally by providing clients the ability to upload audio files via HIPAA compliant software and receive documents back via the web. Currently, we are able to provide HIPAA compliant audio uploads and import transcribed documents into most EMR/EHR systems. Most clients see increased office productivity as well as significant cost savings as compared to using a scribe, in-office transcription or doing it themselves. The use of templates helps the dictator become more efficient and we are happy to help develop templates based on individual preferences. YSO also has AI options available for those clients who are interested in reducing costs of quality transcription even more.
Heather Peterson Giordano, owner of Your Second Office, L.L.C. was a teacher (BA) who started this business so she could stay-at-home with her children (now her parents) and help other people stay at home to provide quality care and income for their families.
